It did take a while to approve my application and then the vehicle was recalled before I could collect it. The recall was no fault of the centre I purchased the car from it just meant later delivery/collection of the vehicle.

Service would not charge the car ready for collection despite it being taken to the centre on a flatbed due to major fault rendering the car unsafe to drive. This in my opinion is not acceptable by a "premium" brand. other dealers do charge car.
